Social Resolution
Willing Hearts International resolves to complete all Manda, Chad projects in 2009: desk building apprenticeships for two high school students to allow them to pay their school fees; provide five sewing machines for the community school sewing centre; complete the storage unit for village crops; introduce moringa seeds. Make the new year truly happy for Manda villagers.
